Ossi-Mix

The OSSI-MIX (OM) system is a new development in sludge aeration. The system is based on the use of a special hydraulic system having a 3-channel centrifugal impeller that works in a special 12-outlet diffuser. The outlet of the pump is thus spread among the 12 nozzles that deliver the sludge to be aerated into 12 individual mixing chambers. In the chambers the sludge is contacted with the air supplied by a compressor; the air-sludge contact occurs in a high turbulence annular conduit. The Ossi-Mix system delivers twelve jets of aerated mixture, thus producing high levels of dissolved oxygen and a vigorous mixing of the sludge. The system achieves better performances with respect to other aeration systems, as a consequence of its integrated operations.

The Ossi-Mix system has been designed for a long operational life, which translates into low operating costs. All parts subject to wear can be replaced easily from the edge of the tank with the use of simple tools. The impeller has an exclusive tuning system.

The Ossi-Mix system is an unrivaled technology for aeration of sludge, reaching unparalleled results in terms of energy efficiency and maintenance costs.

High efficiency impeller is a stainless steel duplex casting (ASTM A890 gr.4AUNS 31803).

Ossi-Jet

Description

The Ossi-jet system offers an excellent alternative for aeration and mixing for municipal or industrial wastewater.It is possible to couple various pumps to various ejectors to accomplish different goals. Ossi-jet is particularly recommended for biological waste-water treatment plants, chemical waste treatment plants and fish farming.

Applications

The different type of impellers and ejectors offered by the Ossi-jet system optimize the following processes:
-oxidation;
-CO2 neutralisation;
-Ozonisation / mixing;
-Foam reduction.

Arial-Jet

Description

AJ submerged aerators are an extremely flexible and versatile aeration system for the treatment of waste-water and in any application where air/water mixing is required . Elevated oxygen transfer values, low noise levels, increased reliability, low cost and ease of installation are just some of the advantages that our AJ submerged aerators offer.

Applications

These aerators are frequently used in wastewater treatment plants, especially during homogenization and equalization, pre-airing stages, biological oxidation, oxidation-nitrification, sludge stabilization and post-aeration. AJ radial submerged aerators can be utilized for the flotation of greases, oils and solids. Recirculation of the mixed air and water in the tank is carried out by the primary movement and the induced movement.
