DESCRIPTION
Faggiolati's mixers are designed for optimal mixing, homogenizing and agitating operations in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. High efficiency allows a considerable reduction in running costs. The non-clogging propeller profile, combined with an accurate projection, guarantees optimal running conditions with absolute reliability.
APPLICATIONS
Faggiolati's mixers can be used in a wide range of applications. The use of stainless steel propellers and double silicon carbide mechanical seals allow these mixers to operate in high temperatures and corrosive conditions.
Working Range
CONSTRUCTION
Mixers are asynchronous three phase squirrel cage motors with class H insulation having short shafts with the oil chamber located between the hydraulic side and the motor. These are designed for continuous service with no cooling required up to 104 degrees F. Motors can start up to 15 times per hour.
MATERIALS

Series GM have cast iron motor housings, 316 stainless steel propellers, 420 stainless steel shafts, neoprene electric cables, nitrile o-rings, and silicon carbide mechanical seals.
Series XM have 316 stainless steel motor housings, 316 stainless steel propellers, neoprene electric cables, Viton o-rings and silicon carbide/Viton mechanical seals.
